Lovely clear wine Casey :)  Have you tasted any yet and if so what would recommend.  I've made wine from fruit but you and Lardman between you are making me want to try juice wine in a big way  :D

I've not got a sweet tooth and prefer a light dryish wine  :)

Well these aren't that sweet at all.  The Orange (aka WOW) is very dry.

For a very drinkable table white, I really like grape and apple.  That finished fermenting at the dry side of medium-dry.

My favourite so far though, is the Raspberry.  You can really taste the raspberry, but it isn't at all sweet.

Thank you  :)  Like the sound of both of them so may have a trip to the supermarket tomorrow for juice.  I have the demijohns and the rest of the stuff in the link you gave on your other thread  :D

Agree with Mrs Bean - lovely labels  :)

... but you and Lardman between you ..

 What did I do ! It's not my fault, I'm not even in the same country  ::)

I ferment everything drier than Gandhi's sandals, it would all be classed as 'dry' wine.  It's my wine and that's how I like it.

They look well posh Casey76 - Mine doesn't hang around long enough to justify doing anything like that  :tongue2:

Great result there!

Is there a special recipe for the grape and apple wine you make please?

You post piccies of fermenting juice wines as well and make me think 'I could do that'

Had to pop to the shops tonight as discovered out of milk and so on, so have got the makings of WGJ and apple and RGJ and a mixed berry juice wine on the go now, so will be posting piccies of my own soon  :tongue2:  :D

Very professional looking wine that Casey!

I also don't put posh labels on my wine as its usually only for me, unless my Nici and her daughter are here, then it gets polished off pretty quick! lol

I haven't seen any demijohns at boot fairs recently, but those plastic bottles look good!

The 5L water bottles are excellent.  Cheap (mine were about 85 cents, with water, obviously!), re-usable, and after drilling a 10mm hole in the cap, ready to receive an airlock.

Growster, the grape and apple is not a particular recipe.  If you follow the WOW guide (on the other thread), and substitute the orange juice for apple juice, you have it.
