This might be local to me but our Nottcuts centre has a good offer on for onion/shallots sets. They are all half price. £1 a bag for onions and £1.50 a bag of shallots. They have quite a lot of choice as well.

hi miggs went on Saturday to the one by you  and seen them they were all decent quality and not soft at all I would have bought some more but I had already bought a bag from dobies in speke for 19p the  earlier on in the  month iam going to use them as spring onions but even for a pound you cant go wrong did you see the 30 shallots (red sun ) for 99p while you were their ?
