Title: What a lovely surprise!
Post by: Goosegirl on December 01, 2019, 13:00
A few weeks ago my dear niece told me to keep yesterday free as she had a surprise outing for me. My initial thoughts were ice-skating in Lancaster - no, going to an adult Santa's grotto - no, doing an OAP's army assault course - no. Guess what, she'd arranged for us to go to a Christmas wreath-making workshop and it was brilliant! Having never done one before, it suddenly began to take on a life of its own but this is the final result. I didn't do the bow but the rest is my own creation. I did it, I own it, and as OH has hardly looked at it I know what is going in the Christmas turkey stuffing - ha!

That looks lovely, what a nice surprise that was.    Well done.      As for the turkey stuffing, make sure your bit is separate from his.         Mrs Bouquet

Lovely result, Goosey!

I was minded to get some from our holly tree, but the pigeons have beaten me to it, and that's about it...:0(
