i'll be picking loads over next week or so. Freezing, drying and/or eating the beans. got a recipe for pea pod wine anyone tried it with bb pods

think i'm getting hooked on own wine,lol

For the exact same reasons you give, I had a go last year. Seemed a shame to waste them.

The recipe I found on the net promised a light, dry, German-style wine. Instead the result of my endeavours was an acrid brew smelling and tasting strongly of broad beans.

Diluted heavily with apple juice it was drinkable, but only by me and I am very unfussy...
