On the HOME page there is a long list of different sections, like Welcome/Growing/Poultry/Eating & Drinking etc. Each of these have various headings/options below them which can be clicked on.
So if you wanted to post about growing cabbages, click on
Grow Your Own this will show a new page with a list of recent posts. Near the top is a green NEW TOPIC tab. Click on post a simple title and off you go. Good Luck
