Pests on apple tree leaves
« on: June 13, 2010, 17:23 »
My step over apple tree has loads of fruit on this year. I noticed yesterday that some of the young leaves have started to curl, on closer inspection I found that the underside of the leaves have got some sort of pest, they are light brown in colour and are grouped toghther in clusters, Any ideas what this peat might be?.

There is no better show of antisipation than a man sowing seeds in a field.

The pest is an aphid, spray with an insecticide suitable for use on edible plants. :D
