I am looking to get a new PC greenhouse but I was wondering what others do with the PC sheet when installing.

Looking at various videos it looks like the sheet has some form of end-beading that is attached before it is placed in the frame.

Is this beading sufficient to keep out condensation and prevent algae from forming in the PC flutes?

Does anyone use the aluminium (sheet-top) & vent (sheet-bottom) tapes as well?

by end beading, do you mean a strip of plastic that slips over the end?  If yes I'd use the aluminium tape but cut it down a bit as the PC is only 4mm and you'll lose a fair bit of light using the normal width tape.

Definitely worth it thou as its not just water & condensation being kept our - its also hot air being kept in the tubes making your greenhouse warmer!!
