Anyone know if they are any good ?
I've had a Mc Culloch for the last 26yrs, been a great saw, but time for a change as it's getting a little tired.

I've got a Partner saw., It was second hand when I got it about 5 years ago.
It's been a very good saw, but as BBF says, It depends on how often you're going to use it. :D

Im a stihl man through and through i use the saws most days up trees or coppicing over the winter.  we have 6 saws in all including a planking machine.  But what ever you use make sure you stay safe.

Thanks for the advice gents, think I might take my time and look around for a good offer. I dont use it that often, so I can't justify the cost of a 'Pro' saw.
