Any reason why it needs to be kosher?  If not, just use an ordinary salt grinder and sea salt.  A lot of American recipes call for it but it's nothing other than ordinary salt, just a larger texture.
Cheese makes everything better.

Hi, does anyone know what kosher salt is please.

I needed some salt that does not contain iodine for tanning rabbit hides.  I found it in a wholefood shop.   Cheers,   Tony.
