I've made grapefruit and lemon as well after finding (Pinkish) grapefruit a bargain at the market.  It is a bothersome chore cutting up the peel into thin strips but as you have found, it tastes luverly.  For special occasions I added a good slosh of Glenfiddick :D to a few jars.

Cheers,  Tony.

mmmm my favourite  :D

particularly on toasted hot cross buns  :D :D

My mum always made great grapefruit marmalade (really rough cut) and the stuff you buy is not a patch on homemade

mmm - I'm going to have to make a batch now!!  ::)
