Question is.......... has anyone any advice on freezing them succesfully please? :roll:

well, considering shops sell frozen caulis and you could make stuff like cauliflower cheese and freeze that I'd say that regular blanching should work;

just cut the cauli down into portion sized peices, plunge them into boiling water for a couple of minutes and then into cold water before putting on a tray to freeze individually.

Once they're frozen you should be able to bag them up, label them and use when you need to.

Thanks Snoozysuzy.
That's what I thought, but they tend to end up pretty 'mushy' in my experience. :?  I am contemplating  making soups rather than trying to freeze them whole. Are there any better ideas out there?
