Individual mini square cakes
« on: December 13, 2010, 16:30 »
Hopefully this will be in the right place, Im after a cake tin to make individual mini square cakes. I've found a tin that can make 16 at a time, But its £30 and i dont really want to spend that much. Does anyone know where I can get 1 cheaper, or how I can get the square cakes im after other than a big square and cutting it, I dont want all the crumbs.

You're right, they are dear! I've found a couple which will make 36 cakes but costing £60.00 plus and I did find the 16 cake one for about £30.00. The cheapest one I found was THIS, but with the extra dividers it takes the price up again... If they didn't really have to be square, you get small multiple round moulds for less...

What's a few crumbs compared to spending a lot of money on something unnecessary?
Cheese makes everything better.

The brownie tin looks good but i got distracted by the 'Monkey Bread'.

Must try that and make some extra holes in the belt, i think i will need them! :)
