Well i started my "not so" turbo cider last week.
Absolutely nothing going on in the demijon.
I've made all sorts of wines and beers before some with great success and some with out right disgusting results, so i like to think i kinda know what im upto.

But like i said, one week on and nothing.
I got my apple juice, Princes pure from concentrate, checked the ingredients and it said water and apple concentrate, nothing else.
i poured three litres into the demijon added yeast neutrient an pectolas, and finally yeast.
Shook the contents vigoruisly a few times fitted an air lock and placed it on a rug just to the side of one of the radiators.
does anyone know what i've done wrong.
I was hopeing it would have been ready for Christmas.

i decided to make tc and after waiting i am just sampling my first glass, gotta say its very nice

I Love Turbo Cider, brewed many different batchs and still trying to find the perfect one


really want to make a 5 gallon batch next
