It's warmed up a touch today after yesterdays heavy frost. The two pics were taken around 7pm last night.

Grey and misty, which is an improvement on the heavy freezing fog that enveloped the whole of yesterday.

-1c but the sun was out, now it has gone and replaced by freezing fog, how can it be fog with the wind blowing ?

Bright outside this morning, dusting of snow on the ground. About -3ºC  Blue sky with a white contrail high up heading east.

Anyone who wants to open their car in the road this morning will need the full complement of de-icing tricks. It's cold and decidedly below freezing by some long way.

freezing fog and cold everything looks damp and frosty not a day for gardening went into the tool shed couldn't get my head round anything to darn cold so I'm  back indoors

Earlier on it was -3⁰c with not a breath of wind, it warmed up now to 1⁰c. My shed has heating has been on 17⁰c all week, this morning it was just under 14⁰c!

Frost just beginning to melt off the greenhouse, overnight low inside was -4C Brrrrr!

Woke up to see grey skies and all the snow gone.

So freezing here this morning,  pretty but .....  Haven't ventured out to look at anything.   Oh yes, took bin out and a few crumbs for the birds.
