Spicy (and healthy!) butternut squash soup

Hi everyone, thought I would share a recipe with you which is very easy to make and has 0 points WW value so very healthy too.

10 sprays of fry light
2 carrots
2 sticks of celery
3 chillis (more or less to your taste)
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium butternut squash
900ml vegetable stock

peel/chop everything apart from squash and fry in pan for about 20 mins until soft.  Take the seeds out of the BNS and chop up.  I experimented today with leaving the seeds and skin on so that it was quicker and it hasn't affected the taste  but there are some seed bits still so if you don't want this take them out.  Leave the skin on though, easier is better!   Add the vegetable stock and the BNS to the pan and leave to simmer until the BNS is soft.  Liquidise to your preferred consistency and eat!

It makes about 4/5 bowls depending on the squash size so I put it in tubs and leave it in the fridge there's your lunch for the week sorted.
