Hello all you jam makers out there,i've just bought 7 pineapples from aldi(65p each bargain) does anyone have an easy recipe for pineapple jam,other ones on google mention making 2 cups of jam,and i want to make a big batch of jarfulls any suggestions please ,TIA darren

I've only made this once and used jam sugar because I'd read that it's hard to get a set - very little pectin in pineapple.

just increase recipe by how many pineapples you have.

Yes, very little pectin in pineapple. Could mix it with cooking apple.

I usually make pineapple into chutney. It makes really good chutney as it keeps a good texture.
