Hello there I am new to keeping hens And the ones I have Seem to like shelled sun flower seeds .Can i feed a few of these to the hens as daily treat

yes evening treats, but not too many, as they are quite rich for them, and you dont want fat hens!!!!!!
lol, wait till they mugg you for them. layers during the day, treats in the evening
