Have never heard of this, but I shall give it a go -- thanks Chrissie. Has any one tried making a 'Grant' loaf that doesn't need any kneading and proves in 30 mins? Apparently the dough is kind of runny.

dont forget its only short bursts and not too hot of the yeast will die , it does work i tryed it .

I just cover mine with a carrier bag or a big freezer bag and leave it to take it's time, it will rise overnight in the fridge, :wacko: I tried it one just because I didn't belive it and was shocked that it did.
would have been enough for a crumble!
