I agree it's an everlasting sweat pea but I've only ever seen purple/pink ones. You are very lucky!

Strange the stems definitely look like sweet pea but I haven't seen one this colour either.  The one we have is pink/purple colour.

This is our second summer here - didn't notice it last year but I've just spotted two identical plants in the front garden. Could they have seeded there naturally?

I was given one that had a yellow-brown flower. I wasn't that impressed with it so went to dig it out. Found it had roots like tubes that went very deep into the ground. It could be what you think, though the flowers do look like Bird's Foot trefoil, but I don't think it is. If you can't find out on here, try the RHS.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Hello Pony Girl

Having wracked my brains I think it is a wild flower Meadow Fetchling i.e. Lathyrus pratensis.  Its a perennial.  See if the pods are black.  Whatever it looks rather nice .... for me I love flowers but just because a weed is classed as a weed it doesn't mean that you can't like it :)
