The leaves won't take root.

If you've dug roots then dry them, drown them or compost in a hot compost heap.

Most weed leaves are good to compost,if you have a nettle patch don`t crop too early though as the are a prime breeding and feeding ground for some butterflies.

dry them in a cool oven after you have washed em off , put them on a cake rack for 90 seconds and then take em out to cool n finish drying crumble them up into a brown paper bag . put in airing cupboard and then when thye are fully dry into a plastic pot with a cover

Ok, OK so I am becoming interested in this free wonder plant!

So you pick it with gloves on? (this is the bit that worries me!) do they have to be thick or just normal gloves to prevent contact with skin? and pick some and then place it  in a bucket of water as per link above.
Did I also remember someone (munty?) saying you can lay them in the potato trench like comfrey? or did I dream that?

I will be out this weekend nettle and comfrey searching, I have studied comfrey pics so feel sure I can find some... anything to look for if I am not sure?

You will soon learn that for yourself!      They certainly sting through single-use disposable latex gloves!
