Mashed potato, with butter, loads of cheese all mixed up together, in an oven proof dish, slices of tomato on the top. And then baked in the oven till golden brown, served with baked beans ( also cooked on the oven saves lekky ) yummy.

Hi Frazzy. Glad you haven't changed your signature. Wasn't having a go, honest, am just a bit thick !!!  And thanks for that yummy recipe, Richyrich7 - just the thing after a hard day down the lottie.
