Yellow pages may be a good place to start try mushroom growers or something similar.

There is one at Ashbourne that sell their mushrooms at Farmers Market at Bakewell. A bit far from Eastbourne, fibilou but there may be one near you. You could try visiting the local farmers market to see if there is a grower there.
