I am going away this weekend for a few days this weekend I have no one to water my peppers, chillies and tomato plants as we are new to this area, these are in grow bags and some are in large pots. Any idea how I can stop them from drying out for those 2 days.

Put them out of the sun, out of the wind, if possible - sorry just noticed this is greenhouse growing.  Try and put some shade up.

You can try the upside-down pop bottle trick (cut off the bottom, invert bottle and put water into it).

Somebody else suggested a good trick in a very recent post but I can't remember what it was.

If it's just a few days, the peppers and chillies will be ok - they may be dry and wilting when you return but they will quickly recover once watered. I would also leave the greenhouse door wide open so that the temperature inside doesn't get too high.

If you're going off for a few days again try getting a 'Big Drippa' set. Bag plus 5 metres of tube plus six drippers rather than waterers. It is a bit fiddley as the drippers are slightly temperamental i.e toom much or not enough but when you get the hang of it the system will provide water for 24 hours at a drip a second.

I got some from Amazon, not too expensive, to prevent the daily hike to the poly tunnel. They are better for the house I think but still give me some relief from the chore of watering in hot weather so I'm pleased I have them.
