Hi, racked the P.O.G., this morning, I let it ferment out to dry, finished at 12.7%, very clear but still a bit bitter tasting but had the same with the orange wine.The stout kit+ chocolate malt is still conditioning in the pressure barrel, I keep having to ease the pressure every day, try to keep it at 10 lbs, should be ready for drinking in about a month.So drinking cider until then.Cheers.
