DWARF RHODODENDRON
« on: July 04, 2011, 18:26 »
I've had a drawf rhody for about 3 years, it's quite leggy, should I prune it, if so when.  Any tips on this shrub would be appreciated.

Rhodos flower on the previous year's woody growth, so pruning stright after flowering would mean you don't miss a year's flowers  :D

If there is new growth coming out from where the old flower was, usually in two or three separate shoots, then yes, it is too late.
