Hi newbie from E Yorks, could somebody give me the recipie for P.O.G. please?.

Here's the one I used - scaled down recipe from the usual place I find them, credit to "BoatCraig" for this one.

It makes 15ltrs as that doesn't leave 1/2 cartons of juice.

1ltr Pineapple
1ltr Orange
1ltr Grapefruit
3ltr WGJ

2.1Kgs Sugar
MA311 Yeast Vintners MA33 Yeast (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae)
3 tsp Pectolase
1.5 tsp tannin
3 tsp glycrine
Water to 16ltr (to allow for racking to 3 PETS)

Ferment dry in primary, transfer to PET's - stop, clear - drink. One of the best whites I've tried so far - only got 1 PET left  :(
