Wilkinsons Italian plum toms!

Hellooo! Bought some Italian plum tom plugs from Wilkos, but theres no variety on them & I cant remember info! Plants doin lovely on windowsill, basically do I treat as intermediate tom plants, does anyone have any suggestions or bought any themselves ? Thank you.  :D

plum toms are usually bushy rather than cordon, so you can let the side shoots grow, and put about 3 canes around them with some string between just to keep the fruit from bending the stems down.
