I went, more for odd bit of food etc, I didint get anything for the plot, it all seemed cheap rubbish imo. :blink:

i called in to are local alidi on way back from the hospital and picked up a ph tester and soil thermometer.then went stright to lotty and tryed them out fisrt 2 beds ph 6.5 and soil temp of 6 oc dont know how acurate they are but rough guide o.k

No not as yet I'm going to Wilko's on Saturday to buy that Plastic 4 tier Greenhouse for £12.00 hopefully and also to see what else they have got

I have been today and bought the Greenhouse to go on the patio in the garden It's simple to put up,(it snaps together) but the plastic cover is a little on the thin side, but for the price I am not complaining!
I was very impressed by the gardening stuff they stock and infact I did make several other purchases.

Ive bought 2 of the cloches and they look ok frankly.

certainly as good as the same items at our local frosts and wyevales and focus diy stores and at least 3 quid cheaper each! heck, same as the wilko ones and even they were dearer!

I worked out how to get my Aldi allotment bits and bobs without putting my hand in my pocket.
Simple, just add them to dear wifeys's shopping list.

I've finally made it to Aldi, after being away this weekend. They still had some cloches, blood & bone stuff, lots of seeds and I did get some Rhubarb crowns and two mushroom kits too. too. Oh and some cream lemonchello, as that is delicious!
