Thank you all for your lovely comments  :D.

There won't be many veggies - you'll spend all your time looking and laughing at that gorgeous twosome
That's very true Thrift !

As for the last part though, need I say? ::) :D
  er, no   Blue is perfect in every way except one ...... a retriever who won't retrieve and loves his toys and dismantles any toy in a matter of minutes.  In time, Ella might just lead him further into the dark side

I don't notice it normally as Im with him all the time - but looking at picture 2 you can really see the difference compared to the the meek, moth eaten thing sitting in my chair back in Feb.   8) I've just put a measure against him and he's up to 21" at the shoulder  - it would be nice if he stopped growing upwards and put some meat on, he still looks like a toast rack when standing.

My little grand-daughter seems to sprout up and then fill out to match - maybe he will do the same. :) He looks really healthy though - such a lovely shiney coat.

He has a way with the ladies  ;)

He looks really healthy though - such a lovely shiney coat.

:D It was bath day yesterday (medicated not cosmetic) so that's his straight from the salon look.  It's only a matter of time until he finds something dead to roll in again :nowink: In general I think he's responded really well to the good food and oil supplements.

As long as he is fit and healthy (the dog not Lardman!) I wouldn't worry about his size.    ;)

he is gorgeous colouring Lardman, and Staffies continue to fill outand build up their muscle mass until they are at least 3 years old.
Staffies are softer than you think.
