Not sure if it has been mentioned yet, but Aldi have their fruit trees (£3.99) and soft fruits in. I picked up two apple trees.

Last year I bought a Morello Cherry and some of their mixed soft fruits packs and they all took really well!

Not sure what rootstock they are on, but the packaging suggests they can grow from 5ft to 25ft!!! Seems rather... vague.  ::)

T***o's has a mix of fairly nice looking fruit trees, including conference pear, at £7 each. Dearer than Aldi's, but healthier looking.
