During 21/22 season, my leeks were decimated by the dreaded ALM so this year I steered clear of planting any aliums in the bed. Do you think I'd be OK to plant leeks etc in the same bed during 23/24 season?

Leeks get very badly hit by them on my plot.  I use insect mesh tunnels to protect onions and leeks these days and move them around onto new areas each year.  That seems to be keeping them at bay, so you should be OK if you haven’t planted onions or leeks there since 21/22.
