I mentioned a while back, that we were struggling to think of anything to buy with the £100.00 Amazon voucher which Elder Daughter gave us for both our birthdays back in the Summer, and the result, after carefully considering, then dismissing an air-fryer, was a bread-making machine!
I just love it! The recipes and opportunities are so varied, I'm thinking of all sorts of variations with bread, cakes etc!
Has anyone here got any favourite recipes I can use please? I have the book by Catherine Atkinson, and there's some great stuff there, but I bet there are some decent 'tweaks' by all you experts...
