Harvested my first one this week.Far too good to cook so just had it raw with a few dips.

do not boil them , microwave for 7 mins .check with a sharp knife if the knife goes right thru the stalk , EAT IT ALL ,no salt or pepper ,taste the real veggie

Mine was, as with all but a few of my brassicas this year, a dead loss. Never mind, i'll taste it next year.
