can anyone recomend a good brussel seed,club root resist an fairly large buttons   thanx

I have grown Crispus and Cornus brussels for two years now and they are what they say clubroot free .I have not seen any clubroot at all .I have given them to friends who say they taste very nice ,Picked the last ones a fortnight ago .Most plotters near me grow them now and  are happy with them.

If your ground carries clubroot, you can minimise the effect by potting on your seedlings into larger than normal pots so the roots are well established and are more rubust to resist this disease.    You can also dig a hole and fill with 'clean' compost prior to planting.       8)   Cheers,    Tony.
