« on: June 17, 2013, 22:42 »
OH was given 2 black pearl and 1 orange sunset tomato plants, not grown them before. one b/p in greenhouse other in big pot outside. green house one has lots of side shoots, outside one none, but the one outside is much bigger, the leaves do not look like tomato leaves and the flowers seem to be growing on trusses on both sides. should i side shoot greenhouse one. is orange sunset a mini fruit variety. if anyone growing these would welcome advice. thanks

I couldn't find any info at all about Orange Sunset :(

Black Pearl is a cordon tomato, so all the sideshoots should be removed and the plants tied in to a cane.
I can't find any reference to BP being a potato-leaf potato, if that is what your is. Perhaps it is a different variety.

Maybe a photo would help  ;)
