Very leggy, sorry to say.

Are they brassicas? If so they'll be too warm inside a house, also they need good all round light. A window will only provide it from one side. You may need to deploy the aluminium foil.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Id resow the brassicas somewhere cooler and lighter, the far left - chard? looks ok but get some foil behind them and cool them down.

Could be beetroot - something else that really doesn't need to be warm.

I'll sow them again, and you're right DD beetroot , their have to go in the bedroom this time, that's  the only place with enough light and it's cooler. Thanks everyone.

Personally I wouldn't grow either in a house. My brassicas see nothing warmer than a frost free greenhouse and beetroot are sown direct. You see so many people run into problems with temperatures too high for brassicas. As they are cool/cold weather plants you're liable to end up with weak specimens.

If you must attempt it, don't forget the aluminium foil behind the seedlings as soon as they emerge.

DD - IIRC you mentioned on the chilli thread that you can just rebury the stems -- is that applicable with all seedlings? I have some rathr leggy aquilegia and nicotiana… (my veg sowing was a little delayed).

Most seedlings, yes.

However with cucumbers, you're asking for stem rot and they have enough excuses to join the choir eternal without helping them!

As sson as they poke through, stick them outside. No benefit to growing brassicas of any sort in nice warm temps. Much better to give them a taste of the outside from the get go.

I would put them in my walk in greenhouse on the lottie, but they would probably get to warm in their too, even though It has a vent in it now.

You wouldn't make any from me - I followed all your advice last year with lots of Totty's advice thrown in the mix and had a very successful and fairly productive first year. I am looking forward to fine tuning last years mistakes now :)
