I have had to pull out my rocket plants which I was hoping to collect seed from.  The pods have seed in but are still green.  Can I use the seed or does it need to dry out naturally. 
Also I am assuming you cannot grow in a cloche during the winter, the seed packet I had showed spring sowing, up to May if I recall.

I grow rocket all year round in the polygreenhouse, but if it's not too cold they even carry on growing through winter, outside
