Advice for lemon tree cutting
« on: May 17, 2020, 12:03 »
Hi,

I got a lemon tree cutting from a garden centre back in early February and it seems to be getting on pretty well. The only thing is that the 2 main branches its grown are both going in the same direction and although the main stem is still holding itself upright I'm concerned that it may eventually lean right over to one side.

The top of the main stem is cut off so I don't thing it will be growing upwards any time soon. My question is should I maybe make one of the main branches grow upwards by tying it or would this be a bad idea? I've added a photo but its not the best. Thanks in advance.
