 :wacko:    I hope so.   I bought some hot cross buns, which are not very nice.   They are in the freezer.    I am thinking to cut a couple in half and put into a buttered glass oven dish.    Then scatter sultanas over, along with some spices.  around the edges add either some soaked dried apricots, or a tin of drained pears.     Then make a sachet of sugar free custard, pour over and pop it into the oven and watch.

What do you think ?   Mrs Bouquet

Bread and butter pudding but with buns instead - that'll work :)
