Chempak (High Nitrogen Feed) - powder, mix to make a liquid feed
http://www.thompson-morgan.com/garden-supplies/fertilisers/chempak-high-nitrogen-feed-formula-2/kww2550TM

Sulphate of Ammonia -  granular, apply to the soil (and perhaps incorporate e.g. with a hoe)

Or Nettle Tea, if you are going to make your own :)

Urine.  I've used it to great effect on high nitrogen feeders like corn and also used it on other plants.  I use it full strength as a side dressing to corn at the recommended times and diluted as side dressing to other plants.

Started doing that when I noticed one of my potted plants was flourishing way past all the others after two of my kittens kept peeing in the soil there.  Prettiest Lobelia I've ever seen!  The corn that got the urine side dressing grew a foot taller than the other corn, was a darker green and yielded bigger ears.

And the urine is free.

Hoof and Hornmeal. Its organic, and unlike a lot of other Nitrogen feeds its fairly slow release.

If its value for money you are after then I would second Kristens suggestion of Chempak.
Sets a low standard and fails to achieve it.

On a Ahem! "technical"  point, I don't dilute until I want to use it. Sterile, undiluted, and not smelly.  Starts to smell once diluted, so best not "kept" in that state.  If you "produce", dilute and use, as-one, then this is obviously not a problem.
