I have 3 allotments i keep light sussex french copper marans columbian wyanndottes light suusex seem to be the best broodie out of them what do you all think

Are you saying you think the Light Sussex is the best broody?  My best broody is my Partridge Wyandotte bantam Dotty, my next best broody is her daughter Snowy who is a cross with Light Sussex bantam.   :)

Light Sussex are said to be good broodies and I am sure they are if they go broody. I had them for years and never had one go broody. It must be the luck of the draw! :)
