I've only had it a week, it's in the kitchen window, it is moist but not overwatered, and ave. room temp - no draughts.  But it's gone really floppy.  Honestly can't say that anything in my hands has ever drooped so significantly before!

should it be in a warmer place?, if so it won't be in a window. (it comes inside the blind overnight)

Now... The poinsettia.

It could have caught a chill at the shop/garden centre before you got it !

Well I've popped it on a windowsill over a radiator and will see what happens - it's looking really sulky.

That sounds like just about the worse place to me Sally.  The rising hot air will dry it to a crisp and the cold air from the window will freeze it to death
