Buster RIP
« on: August 02, 2015, 10:32 »
Just lost my best friend today Buster, we were given him in May 2001 and reckon he was about 1 1/2 years old, he was a proper gentleman and never went after the wildlife on our country walks. He had 6 seizures through the night and he was going blind and deaf but he had a good nose. We took him to the vets this morning and the vet agreed his time had come, he is now in a sunny spot at the top of the garden, he will be a hard act to follow, Buster RIP.
Today i will be mainly wearing no trousers

I'm so sorry to hear your sad news Dave. Pets are something else aren't they. They don't ask for much but give so much back in return. Just remember what a great life he had with you and that you did the right thing at the end. When you're ready, I hope you will find another one to share your life with.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Lovely photo. Looks like he must have been as bright as a button. No wonder you miss him. Hope you've got lots of photos to look back at.

Hi Dave NE Buster looks a character wish I had hair as shiny as that !! they become such a big part in our lives in such a short time I lost my border collie Cider 3 years ago at 16 and still miss him, even though we have two new dogs they can never replace each has there own quirks and personality
