Mixed feeding

Help! I have 3 adult ducks, and 3 baby call ducks all housed together. I put down layers pellets for the adults and growers pellets for the babies, they are now nearly 5 weeks, but its just ends up a free for all where they all eat each others food. How can I stop them? They are all housed together, and I am worried that it will be harmful to them.
