today i have just spotted the first sign of black fly on the broad beans.so i have nipped the tops off,
as i have heard they are yummy cooked,
after i have washed the black fly eggs off i want to cook them ,,,,
give me you best ways to cook them pls

steam them for 5 minutes with new spuds, fried eggs and bacon ;) I also like them with parsley sauce and fish

i done olive oil,,mushrooms,baby toms,,was lovely ,tasted like spinach.

stir fried in olive oil with garlic and fresh ginger, then add to cooked pasta -- yummy :D Could add soem sliced cooked left over sausage too .
