Sausage skins

Hi Chef's
Does anyone know where I can get skins for sausages. I have just got a sausage maker for my kenwood but don't know where to get the skins.

Two place's, for real hog skins try your local butcher. You can get Collagen casings online, there are loads of sites that sell them.

We used Sausagemaking.org too. Made ours using a sausage stuffer attachment for a Kenwood too. It did a great job.
