Hi,does anyone know what type of vinegar is best to pickle some eggs?

Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

Best to use eggs that are at least 2 weeks old as fresh eggs do not peel cleanly.

I know...its the only disadvantage to having eggs that are so fresh, everything else is yummy (poached scrambled etc) but a boiled egg for your salad-forget it :wacko:
