[Middle Eastern Gardener]

Yesterday, I was delighted to find that my cauliflowers have actually grown into a decent size.  But, now , how can I store them whole?  I have heard that leaving the roots on with minimal soil, I can then hang them in  a cool dry place.  Is that a good way?
