Title: Gurt big spare ribs.

Just dug up the last of our spuds, lots of smallish jobs.  Next year I'll try and remember to reduce the number of eyes to just one hoping for fewer bigger spuds.  We did get a good return from teeny tiny spuds kept from last year.

Anyway... as this is the kitchen page...What's the name of the gurt big spare ribs we see being BBQ'd on American TV cookery programmes.  All I see on the butchers slab a weedy things by comparison?

I think they maybe beef ribs, in the US, rather than the pork ones we have.
