Hello from Essex & Sowing question

Hi all new to forums and allotments   :)

Just got a plot 30ft by 16ft. Hasent had much done to it in the last 2 years so is covered in grass and weeds.  Cleared a bit this weekend and the soil looks good. What is the best to plant this time of year ? as i'm new to this.  I have a free unlimited supply of donkey horse and cow dung so thats not a prob
